Job Title: Driver

Brief Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a company vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, providing transportation for employees, clients, and goods as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a good knowledge of the city, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Provide transportation for employees, clients, and goods as needed, ensuring timely and courteous service
• Maintain the company vehicle in good condition, performing routine checks and reporting any issues to management
• Develop and maintain a good knowledge of the city, including traffic patterns, road conditions, and parking regulations
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and goods, taking precautions to prevent accidents and damage
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service to all clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a driver, preferably with a reputable company or organization
• Valid Ethiopian driver’s license, with a clean driving record and no major accidents or infractions
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a good understanding of Amharic and English languages
• Excellent driving skills, with a strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Good physical health and stamina, with the ability to work long hours and in challenging conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and customer service
