Job Title: Driver

Brief Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting employees, clients, and goods in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Transport employees, clients, and goods to designated locations, ensuring timely arrival and departure
• Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure optimal performance and report any maintenance or repair needs to management
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers

Requirements

• Valid Ethiopian driver’s license, with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g. TVET certificate) from a recognized institution
• Defensive driving training and certification (desirable)
• Knowledge of Ethiopian traffic laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and customer service
