Digital Transformation, ERP & Business Performance Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation, ERP & Business Performance Manager to lead our organization’s digital transformation journey, implement and manage our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and drive business performance improvement. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, ERP implementation, and business performance management, with excellent leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall business goals and objectives
• Lead the implementation and management of our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
• Drive business performance improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business processes and solutions that meet the organization’s needs and goals
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance and ERP system effectiveness
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, ERP implementation, and business performance management, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong knowledge of business processes and operations, with experience in process improvement and optimization
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Certification in ERP implementation, digital transformation, or business performance management is an added advantage
• Fluency in English and Amharic is required, with knowledge of other local languages being an advantage
