Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join the TECNO team. This role is critical to maintaining the strength and consistency of our digital marketing operations. The successful candidate will lead and execute our digital strategy across multiple online platforms, ensuring strong brand presence, audience engagement, and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize content calendars and digital assets across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Telegram, and the Website.
Oversee daily content creation, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking to ensure timely optimization.
Plan, execute, and optimize 360° digital marketing campaigns across key platforms.
Collaborate with content creators and influencers to produce impactful campaign materials and boost product visibility.
Coordinate with the agency to manage photoshoots from pre-production through execution and final content delivery.
Work closely with the agency to execute 360° digital campaigns—from briefing to rollout, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
Lead social media community engagement, including daily moderation, DMs/comments response, and trend-based interactions.
Partner with the design team to develop creative digital assets that reflect brand and product values.
Monitor digital trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to maintain a leading digital presence.
Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a related field.
Professional certifications in digital marketing
Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for a brand or agency.
Hands-on experience planning, executing, and analyzing 360° digital marketing campaigns.
Experience working with creative agencies, content creators, and influencer networks.
