Digital Marketing Specialist
Brief Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign results to inform future marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize the company’s website and social media presence to ensure brand consistency and maximum engagement
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and more
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure aligned marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and content marketing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot, are an added advantage
