Digital Marketing Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
• Manage and maintain our website, social media platforms, and other digital channels
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content to attract and retain our target audience
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize impact
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling, engaging content for various digital channels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights
• Experience working with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social, is an advantage
• Proficiency in Amharic and English is required; knowledge of other local languages is a plus
