Digital Marketing and E-commerce Trainer

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing and E-commerce Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs in digital marketing and e-commerce, with the goal of equipping participants with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the digital landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce, as well as excellent teaching and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in digital marketing and e-commerce, covering topics such as search engine optimization, social media marketing, email marketing, and e-commerce platform management
  • Design and implement engaging and interactive training sessions, including lectures, discussions, case studies, and hands-on exercises
  • Assess participants’ knowledge and skills, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and e-commerce, incorporating new ideas and techniques into training programs
  • Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to develop and deliver integrated training programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a focus on training and development
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs in digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms, including social media, email marketing, and e-commerce website management
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and experience with needs assessment, curriculum design, and program evaluation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to training and development
