Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Administer construction contracts and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and consistency.
Prepare, review, and process interim payment certificates and final accounts.
Monitor project progress against contract schedules and milestones.
Assist in the evaluation of variation orders, claims, and extension of time requests.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients regarding contractual matters.
Maintain proper records of correspondence, site instructions, and contractual documentation.
Support procurement activities and review tender documents when required.
Ensure compliance with FIDIC or other applicable contract conditions.
Prepare periodic reports related to contract performance and project status.
About You
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–4 years of general professional experience in construction projects or contract administration.
Good understanding of contract management, BOQ preparation, and payment certification.
Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions and construction contract procedures.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
Proficiency in MS Office, and contract/project management tools.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Experience in consultancy firms is an advantage.
