Contact Admin and Customer Relation Officer

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contact Admin and Customer Relation Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about our products and services
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback
  • Develop and implement effective customer relationship management strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior management as necessary
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in Amharic and English, with knowledge of other local languages an advantage
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience
