Job Description

Job Title: Consultancy Service for Development and Piloting of an AI-Assisted Digital and Financial Literacy Learning Platform for Micro and Small Enterprises (Bid No. 019/26/SNV)

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to develop and pilot an AI-assisted digital and financial literacy learning platform for micro and small enterprises. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing the platform, as well as providing technical support and training to users. The goal of the project is to improve the digital and financial literacy of micro and small enterprises, enabling them to access financial services and improve their overall competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a needs assessment to identify the digital and financial literacy needs of micro and small enterprises
  • Design and develop an AI-assisted digital and financial literacy learning platform that meets the needs of micro and small enterprises
  • Develop a comprehensive training program for users of the platform
  • Pilot test the platform with a group of micro and small enterprises
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for the platform
  • Develop a plan for scaling up the platform to reach a wider audience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the platform is aligned with their needs and expectations

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital learning platforms
  • Proven experience in AI-assisted learning platform development
  • Strong understanding of the needs and challenges of micro and small enterprises in Ethiopia
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Ethiopian educational and professional standards
  • Fluency in Amharic and English languages
