Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu standards
Develop new recipes and improve existing menus
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily activities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Monitor food stock, order supplies, and control waste
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
About You
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Chef or Cook
Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management
Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
Good leadership and communication skills
