Air Ticketing and Travel Agencies

Brief Summary

We are seeking a reputable and licensed travel agency to provide air ticketing services to our clients. The successful agency will be responsible for issuing and managing air tickets, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a travel agency to partner with our organization and provide top-notch air ticketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue and manage air tickets for our clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Conduct thorough research to find the best available flights and fares for our clients
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless travel arrangements for our clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in airline policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and reports of air ticket sales and customer interactions

Requirements

• Must be a licensed and registered travel agency in Ethiopia, with a valid Tour Operating License from the Ethiopian Ministry of Tourism
• At least 2 years of experience in air ticketing and travel management, with a proven track record of success
• International Air Transport Association (IATA) certification or equivalent is an advantage
• Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is required
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of additional languages being an advantage
