Job Title: IT Intern

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot technical issues
• Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in IT operations
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Assist in the development and maintenance of IT documentation, such as user manuals and technical guides

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, or macOS
• Understanding of network fundamentals, including protocols and architectures
• Basic programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Availability to commit to a minimum of 3 months of internship
