About the Job
Oversee and manage building construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Lead and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth execution of construction activities.
Monitor construction work to ensure adherence to design drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Supervise site engineers, foremen, and labor teams, providing guidance and resolving technical issues.
Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Prepare and present regular site progress reports, highlighting risks, delays, and corrective actions.
Address technical challenges and propose practical solutions to maintain project momentum.
Monitor resource utilization and support project managers in controlling budgets and minimizing wastage.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in building construction projects, with at least 3 years in a senior/site leadership role.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
