Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Support the development of business intelligence solutions to drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and business intelligence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and systems
• Certifications such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Business Intelligence Analyst (CBIA) are an advantage
