Job Title: SPA Director

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SPA Director to lead our luxury spa team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the spa, including staff management, treatment development, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement spa strategies to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction
• Manage and supervise spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and other support staff
• Oversee the development and implementation of new treatments and services
• Ensure high standards of customer service and quality of treatments
• Manage budgets, revenue, and expenses to achieve financial targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve spa services and operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in spa management, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel setting
• Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, including treatment development, staff management, and financial management
• Certification in spa management or a related field is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Amharic is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
