Job Title: Security Guard and Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Security Guard and Cleaner to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel enter the building
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and report any security threats or concerns
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including offices, corridors, and communal areas
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash cans
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations, providing assistance and support as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements

• Completion of Grade 8 or higher education level
• Previous experience in a security or cleaning role, preferably in a similar setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Trustworthiness and integrity, with a strong commitment to confidentiality
• First aid and basic life support training is an advantage
