Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing team in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand visibility
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals and objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors

Requirements

• MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and strategically
• Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email, and search engine optimization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
