Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
• Restock linens, towels, and amenities as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

• Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent diploma from a recognized institution
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or similar environment is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects and stand for long periods
• Fluency in Amharic and English; additional languages are an asset
