Job Title: Manager, Enterprise Solutions and Applications (Urgent)

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manager, Enterprise Solutions and Applications to lead our team in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise solutions and applications. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and growth. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for enterprise solutions and applications, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives
• Lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to identify business needs and develop solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale enterprise solutions and applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to ensure effective use of resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a reputable Ethiopian university (e.g. Addis Ababa University, Bahir Dar University)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions and applications
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Java, Python), databases (e.g. Oracle, MySQL), and operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux)
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Certifications in IT service management (e.g. ITIL), project management (e.g. PMP), or related fields are an added advantage
• Fluency in English and Amharic is required, with knowledge of other local languages being an added advantage
