Job Title: Driver (Leave Cover)

Brief Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to cover a leave of absence. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting staff, visitors, and goods, while also maintaining the vehicle in good condition. This is a temporary position that requires a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and excellent driving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport staff, visitors, and goods in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition, including cleaning, fueling, and performing routine checks
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, visitors, and external parties
• Provide administrative support, such as messenger services and deliveries, as required
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

• Minimum of 2nd Grade Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• At least 2 years of experience as a driver, preferably with a reputable organization
• High school diploma or equivalent (10+2 or TVET)
• Defensive driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
