Job Title: Project Coordinator — Sowing the Seeds of Change

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, implementation, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and partners
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including community members, partners, and funders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field, preferably in a non-profit or development organization
• Proven track record of successfully coordinating projects, including planning, implementation, and monitoring
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, with ability to learn new software and systems
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
