Job Summary

The Senior ATM Repair Engineer is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining ATM components and modules in the central workshop. The role ensures that all repaired hardware & software meets OEM quality standards, is tested thoroughly, and is ready for redeployment. The engineer provides technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians, supports troubleshooting of complex issues, and contributes to process improvements within the workshop.

About You
Competency

Education:

B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
Diploma in Electronics or technical training in ATM repairs with extensive and relevant experience.
Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance,
At least 6 years ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance,
Experience with major ATM brands such as NCR, GRG, etc.
