Marketing and Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Lead and manage the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective implementation of plans and strategies
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing and sales campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
• Manage the marketing and sales budget to ensure effective use of resources and achieve ROI targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales management, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and motivating teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation software
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
