Job Title: Programme Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Programme Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our organizational programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing program budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that programs are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure that programs are delivered within budget
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including program teams, partners, and external vendors
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain program reports, including progress reports, financial reports, and evaluation reports
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including program partners, donors, and government agencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Public Administration, or Development Studies
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a development or non-profit organization
  • Proven track record of managing programs, including program planning, budgeting, and implementation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working with stakeholders, including program teams, partners, and external vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and regulations, as well as international development principles and standards
