Senior Maintenance Engineer (ATM Workshop)

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to lead our ATM workshop maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ATM workshop, providing technical support, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with a focus on maintenance and repair of ATMs and other related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team in the ATM workshop, providing technical guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and standards to ensure optimal performance and reliability of ATMs and other equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless maintenance and repair of ATMs.
• Analyze maintenance data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize maintenance processes.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and minimizing downtime.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized Ethiopian university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of ATMs and other related equipment, with at least 2 years in a senior maintenance role.
• Proven knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including circuit analysis, microcontrollers, and mechanical design.
• Experience with maintenance management software and systems, including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of maintenance technicians.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting tight deadlines.
