Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, managing files, and handling correspondence

- Support the team in implementing projects and initiatives
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Amharic and English is required; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
- Previous internship or work experience in an administrative role is an asset
