TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT for PROCUREMENT OF IT EQUIPMENT & COFFEE QUALITY IMPROVEMENT INPUTS

Brief Summary

We are seeking a qualified bidder to provide IT equipment and coffee quality improvement inputs for our organization. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying high-quality products that meet our technical specifications and requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Supply IT equipment, including but not limited to computers, printers, and networking devices
• Provide coffee quality improvement inputs, including but not limited to coffee processing equipment and coffee testing devices
• Ensure that all supplied products meet the required technical specifications and standards
• Deliver products to our designated location within the specified timeframe
• Provide after-sales support and maintenance services for the supplied products

Requirements

• Bidders must be registered and licensed to operate in Ethiopia
• Bidders must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in supplying similar products
• Bidders must have a good reputation and creditworthiness
• Bidders must provide proof of tax compliance and VAT registration
• Bidders must have a valid business license from the relevant Ethiopian authority
• Bidders must provide a detailed technical specification of the products they intend to supply
• Bidders must provide a certificate of origin for the supplied products
