Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Management

Conduct weekly and initial audits on all company and hired vehicles
Maintain an up-to-date vehicle register
Enforce company and client driving regulations
Ensure cleanliness and proper use of food transport vehicles
Verify drivers use appropriate PPE at all times
PPE Management

Ensure all staff have and use appropriate PPE
Inspect PPE regularly to confirm it meets required standards
Control PPE issuance and maintain proper records
Report and follow up on PPE non-compliance with HR
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain proper QHSE filing systems on site
Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports promptly
Ensure all records are properly documented and stored
Operations

Conduct regular audits across F&B, accommodation, laundry, and maintenance
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions
Participate in daily operations and team activities
Organize toolbox talks and pre-shift meetings
Support risk assessments and job hazard analysis
Ensure all chemicals have approved MSDS before use
Ensure staff undergo required medical examinations
Conduct safety induction for new employees
Monitor product quality using approved procedures
Training

Conduct food safety and hygiene training
Train staff on safe equipment usage and hazard identification
Ensure staff attend all required client trainings
Maintain updated training matrix and records
Identify and address training needs
Supplier Management

Audit suppliers and ensure compliance with standards
Ensure procurement is from approved suppliers only
Follow up on supplier corrective actions
Work with relevant departments on supplier management

About You
Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in QHSE-related role
It’s fine with me but emphasis that we require knowledge in food safety ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015
Knowledge of occupational health & safety, food safety, and environmental practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with teams and clients effectively
Proactive, self-motivated, and confiden
Good observation and problem-solving skills
Physically fit and able to pass medical examination
Willingness to learn and adapt
