Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the financial health of the company and properly control operational costs
Establish efficient reporting and monitoring systems between the factory and head office
Conduct market research to increase sales volume and market share
Build and maintain strong working relationships with banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders
Effectively implement Board decisions and provide timely report
About You
Required Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred)
Experience:
Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or business organizations
At least 4 years in a senior managerial position is preferred
Integrity: Highly trustworthy, free from corruption and malpractice, and compliant with laws and regulations
Skills: Strong problem-solving, strategic leadership, and financial analysis capabilities
Language: Excellent written and spoken proficiency in Amharic and English
