Major Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ATM hardware & software systems, diagnostics, and module repair.
Leadership & Supervision: Ability to lead and motivate technical teams effectively.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled at diagnosing complex mechanical and electronic faults.
Planning & Organization: Capable of managing multiple repair workflows and meeting deadlines.
Quality Focus: Ensures adherence to OEM standards and repair accuracy.
Communication Skills: Strong reporting and coordination skills across work units.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of electrical and occupational safety protocols.
About You
Competency
Education:
B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer science, or related technical field or
Master’s Degree (MIS or M.Sc. in Engineering Management),
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance,
Minimum 8 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position leading workshop teams.
Certifications (Preferred):
Training in Quality Management or Lean Maintenance practices is an advantage.
