Job Title: Software Implementor

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Implementor to join our team at Beleqet Jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of software solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement software applications according to customer requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support to ensure smooth implementation of software solutions
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure software applications meet customer needs and are free from defects
• Provide training and support to customers on the use of implemented software applications
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during the implementation process and provide timely resolutions
• Develop and maintain documentation of software implementation processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with new software releases and updates, and assess their potential impact on existing implementations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 2 years of experience in software implementation, preferably in a similar industry or setting
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and implementation methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with database management systems and data modeling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Certifications in software implementation or related fields, such as ITIL or Agile, are an added advantage
