About the Job
At-Con Engineering & Architecture Consultancy Plc., a well-established and reputable consulting company based in Addis Ababa, is engaged in the design and supervision of civil engineering works, including roads, bridges, buildings, water supply systems, and other infrastructure projects. We are seeking One (1) a highly qualified and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, project coordination, and supervision activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in design development, project management, and construction supervision with excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design development from concept to detailed design stage.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineering teams for integrated project delivery.
Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve design-related issues during project execution.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and client requirements.
Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design review sessions.
Mentor junior architects and support the technical development of the design team.
Apply BIM processes and standards throughout project implementation.

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of proven professional experience in architectural
design and supervision
About You
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in architecture from a recognized university.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction supervision.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, and other architectural design software.
BIM Certified with proven experience in BIM-based project delivery.
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Professional registration/license is an advantage.
