Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in ride-hailing, transport, or tech-related services
• Proven experience in onboarding drivers and passengers for a platform or service
• Good understanding of the Ethiopian transport and digital landscape
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
