Sales Officer

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve team goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry, preferably in Ethiopia
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluency in Amharic and English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
