Temer Properties is pleased to invite qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Supervisor.
Key Purpose Statement:
To drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and closing deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products and services to prospective clients.
Identify new sales leads and follow up on inquiries.
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
About You
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Management or related field (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
Experience in the real estate sector is an added advantage
