Job Title: Primary School Teachers (Grade 1–8)

Brief Summary

We are seeking qualified and dedicated Primary School Teachers to join our team. As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering educational programs to students in Grade 1–8. You will play a crucial role in shaping young minds, fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth, and helping them develop into capable and confident individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and interaction
• Assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and involve them in their child’s education
• Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and advancements in teaching practices
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Teacher Training Certificate from a reputable institution
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Familiarity with the Ethiopian curriculum and education system
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
