Job Title: Planning and Financial Analyst Manager

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Financial Analyst Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic financial guidance and support to senior management, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning and analysis strategies to support business objectives
• Lead the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, and present findings to senior management
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to optimize financial returns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a management role
• Professional certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA or CFA, is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel, Financial Modeling, and Budgeting tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
