Lead and implement MSIE’s People & Culture Strategy aligned with organizational growth and the social business model
Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and culture transformation
Oversee talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and leadership development
Strengthen performance management systems to enhance productivity, accountability, and quality of care
Ensure effective implementation of safeguarding, ethics, and compliance standards
Promote a culture of employee engagement, continuous learning, and innovation
Support service delivery teams to achieve both impact and financial sustainability goals

About You
Qualification RequirementsEducation:
Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field Experiences
Minimum 10 years of senior HR/People leadership experience
Proven experience in organizational transformation and culture change
Strong understanding of performance-driven and commercially aware workforce models
Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding, ethics, and inclusive workplace practices
Experience in NGOs, healthcare, or social enterprise settings is highly desirable
