Job Title: Outdoor Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer loyalty and retention
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor sales role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within Ethiopia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluency in Amharic and English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
