Job Title: Outdoor Sales (Meter Taxi Driver Registration)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales professional to join our team. As an Outdoor Sales representative, you will be responsible for registering meter taxi drivers and promoting our services to potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and register new meter taxi drivers to use our services
• Promote our services to potential clients and build strong relationships with existing ones
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently
• Proficiency in Amharic and English languages
• Familiarity with the Ethiopian transportation industry and regulations
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
