Job Title: Organizational Performance and Talent Management Expert

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and improve overall organizational performance.
- Conduct organizational performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and success.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to support organizational performance and talent management initiatives.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Professional certification in HR or a related field (e.g. SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and regulations, as well as international best practices in talent management and organizational development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with HRIS systems and other talent management software.
- Fluency in English and Amharic is required; knowledge of other local languages is an asset.
