Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management
Record and track all bank transactions (incoming & outgoing payments)
Monitor company accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
Follow up on payments, transfers, and settlements
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
2. Transaction & Documentation Control
Maintain proper records of all transactions (financial & operational)
Organize and update documentation related to trade activities
Ensure compliance with company procedures and basic trade regulations
4. Communication & Coordination
Communicate with international suppliers and partners
Coordinate between Djibouti operations and Addis Ababa office
Provide regular updates and reports to management

About You
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in:Management
Accounting
Finance
Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in:Finance / Accounting
Operations Management
Strong understanding of:International trade processes
Banking transactions
Basic accounting principles
