The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing e-learning solutions using various LMS platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement e-learning solutions using LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive e-learning content
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of e-learning courses to ensure they meet the required standards
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LMS-related issues
• Develop and maintain documentation for LMS development and implementation processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning and LMS development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 2 years of experience in LMS development and implementation
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Java, or Python
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
