Job Description

Key Outputs and Accountabilities

1. Learning & Development Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement a company-wide L&D strategy aligned with Temer Properties’ business objectives.
Lead the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process across all functions.
Translate business priorities into targeted learning interventions and development programs.
2. Training & Capability Development Program Design & Delivery

Design and deliver training programs for different roles, competencies and functions across the organization.
Introduce blended learning solutions (classroom, digital, on-the-job learning).
Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
3. Talent & Leadership Development

Drive Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career development initiatives.
Design and implement leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders.
Support succession planning and talent pipeline development.
4. Performance & Capability Building

Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to address capability gaps.
Align L&D initiatives with performance management processes.
Support culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
5. Digital Learning & Innovation

Introduce and manage digital learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning or LMS).
Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-development.
Leverage data analytics to track learning effectiveness and ROI.
6. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
Manage external training providers and partnerships.
Act as a trusted advisor on learning and capability building.
7. Monitoring & Evaluation

Measure training effectiveness using KPIs (e.g., ROI, performance improvement).
Provide regular reports and insights on learning impact.
Continuously improve programs based on feedback and business needs

About You
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
Experience:

5 years of Learning & Development or Talent Management experience, of which 3 years in supervisory or management roles.
Strong experience in designing and implementing L&D frameworks and programs.
