Lead Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP/software design, development, implementation, and post-go-live support
Translate business needs into technical and functional specifications
Define and govern system architecture, integrations, workflows, and customizations
Oversee code quality, system performance, data migration, and upgrades
Manage change requests, enhancements, and solution approvals
Handle escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance
Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery
Engage clients through meetings, demos, and solution alignment
Mentor teams and drive standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Align solutions with business strategy and digital transformation goals
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
7+ years of experience in ERP or enterprise software implementation
Strong techno-functional expertise (technical + business understanding)
Experience in system architecture, integrations, and performance optimization
Proven leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
