Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality visual materials, including logos, brochures, business cards, and social media graphics
• Create motion graphics and animations for video content and social media platforms
• Develop and maintain our brand’s visual identity and style guide
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaign materials and promotional assets
• Design and layout print and digital materials, including reports, presentations, and infographics
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve our visual content

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a similar industry or field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Portfolio that showcases your design work and creative abilities
• Knowledge of Ethiopian culture and design preferences is an asset
