Job Title: Key Accounts Specialist
Brief Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Accounts Specialist to join our team. As a Key Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to grow existing key accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our client companies
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing key accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Amharic is required; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
