Job Title: Key Account Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to develop and execute sales plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to key accounts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing existing accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in Amharic and English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
