Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot software issues and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions using our ticketing system
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
  • Stay up-to-date with new software releases and updates, and provide feedback to the development team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
  • At least 1 year of experience in software support or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with help desk software
  • Knowledge of database management systems and programming languages is an advantage
  • Fluency in Amharic and English is required; knowledge of other local languages is a plus
